11th Annual Mardi Gras

Opportunity Builders, Inc. (OBI) invites the community to experience Mardi Gras, the “OBI way” on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at OBI, 8855 Veterans Highway, Millersville, MD  21108.  

The Mardi Gras evening will start off with tours given of our new building starting at 5:30PM. Prior reservations are required.

After the building tours, the festivities will begin in the “Olde New Orleans” tradition. As the evening unfolds as a true Mardi Gras experience, there will be live music, dancing, delicious food, casino games including blackjack, poker and craps, and more. The Silent Auction will feature a wide variety of offerings. The evening will close with our General Live Auction.

Opportunity Builders, Inc. is entering into its 47th year of operation. Its mission is to provide adults with developmental disabilities vocational training, employment opportunities, recreational activities and support services, all in a motivational environment. OBI’s goal is to promote personal fulfillment, address individual needs and foster independence allowing the adults it serves to become productive, contributing citizens to their community and small business.
