Our Mission: OBI, in partnership with the community, provides adults with developmental disabilities a motivational environment offering vocational training, employment services, recreational activities and support services. All services promote personal fulfillment, address individual needs and foster independence.

We fulfill this important mission by placing our clients in various types of employment, by working with families to encourage our clients' independence and opportunities, and by building those opportunities both internally and in the community through constantly expanding job placements.
